While i do love the interactions between the team members and Klaus, i am particularly fond of the little interactions between him and Lily....not sure why tho...that little interaction in the end for example, that was actually one of my favourite moments of the episode XD

I don't know if there is a manga/LN for this, but if there is any, and anyone already read them, tell me this:
Are they just gonna do flashaback of the day before the mission? I mean its fine but, its kinda boring if they do this forever...

Don't worry, because this episode pretty much covered a ton of it and don't worry, this is only volume 1 of the LN. How this series works is each volume will focus on the team doing a different mission and along with that, each of the girls are given a whole volume to shine with their ace specialties and I am assuming each of them takes the lead on those different missions.

Yup, also The scene in which Klaus was contemplating on splitting them in groups might hint that they'll be doing the next impossible mission soon.

That one might have been the first impossible mission but the LN has a cover and apparently a focus on each of the girls and their specialties so I can also see Daughter Dearest leading the next apparently impossible mission I think. I haven't picked up the LNs yet but I am hooked to this series so far like I was with Executioner even if not as much as the latter which I am considering getting the LN for.

The Spy Classroom LNs are awesome. I recommend reading them.

Another LN series I want to get thanks to the anime like how it was with Executioner pretty much.

Now this was the kind of episode I was waiting for. Less focus on the mission, more on the character interactions and bonding. We got a bit more insight into Claus as a character while also getting a wholesome bonding episode with the girls that wasn't just a slideshow montage. I'm still gonna argue that there should be been more of this (type of) episodes leading up to the "impossible mission" so they could properly flesh out the characters. They should've pushed back this legendary mission that even pro spies can't handle till the end of the season, then it would've felt a lot more climactic. Frankly, that mission didn't feel very impossible at all.
Enough rambling. This was a good episode and I'd like to see more like this 👍

I like the fact that we're getting to know the girls and sympathize with them before the Impossible Mission, but at this point I'm worried if there's not going to be plot progression after said mission.

Don't get me wrong, I love all this character development, but considering what happened at the end of Impossible Mission... I'm just craving more! Especially because I really want to know who was the sniper who killed Klaus's mentor.

Idk I like the flashbacks of everyone bonding since we didn't get that before the Impossible Mission, it makes it more believable when they eventually move on to the next mission and will have to continue relying on and trusting each other

A continuation of the missing 20 days before the impossible mission. It is the many antics the team pulls or works with on a daily basis. I am guessing these episodes are separated by Mission and File classifications. Checking the series duration having only 12 episodes. I am guessing the safe route is taken where only two volumes are going to be covered because I'm not sure how much more of the missing 20 days before the Impossible Mission could be covered. But then again this episode pretty much sums up those 20 days.

Today I learned a technique to grilling meat that I have not attempted. That and the reason why Klaus doesn't dine with his team is because he feels distant from them since the team he used to dine with that he considered family is gone and now even more so post Impossible Mission.

I don't like the order of the episodes in this anime it's like they're going in a completely random order...

Basically what happened is the author wrote the first book, it turned out to be popular so he then wrote some extra books which is why the story is all over the place. This is stuff from the 2nd book fleshing out the characters more since only 3 or so were mentioned in detail in the first book.

And here I thought we were gonna move to the next mission
